This class is for the mums who adore their babies… but quietly miss themselves too.  

The mums learning how to navigate the overwhelm, the exhaustion, the identity shift and the constant mental load of motherhood.  

The mums doing it all again with a newborn and a toddler in tow.  
The mums trying to split themselves in a hundred directions and still wondering why they feel stretched so thin.  

This is your space to pause.  

A gentle, supportive postnatal yoga class where your baby stays right by your side while you move, breathe, reconnect and soften into this new version of yourself.  

No pressure.  
No expectation to “bounce back.”  
No need for your baby to sit quietly.  

Feed, cuddle, rock, pause, cry, laugh… all of it is welcome here ?  

Together we’ll focus on:
✨ Gentle postnatal recovery  
✨ Nervous system support & relaxation  
✨ Rebuilding strength slowly and safely  
✨ Breathing space for you  
✨ Connection with other local mums  

You do not need any yoga experience.  
Just come exactly as you are.  

Spaces are intentionally kept small to create a calm and supportive environment.
